Teatr Osmego Dnia is one of the most important european experimental theaters. 'Osemki' created over 40 performances, which were shown in almost all European and non-European countries like Chile, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Singapore and South Korea. Theater's crew participated in international theatrical projects: Caravane Mir in 1989. Furthermore, Osemki were important guests on Oral Expo Lisboa 68 and Hanover 2002.

In theater's present repertoire you can find two open air performances: The Arc and The Time of the Mothers and also two spectacles: The Porter's Lodge and Teczki.

Since 1992, Teatr Osmego Dnia has its base in the heart of Poznan, which is one of the most important centers of independent culture in Poland.
