HOW TO MAKE MY HOMEMADE SHEPHERDS PIE.
1/2 lb(times 3) beef(chopped).
3/4 of a big block of colby cheese(shredded).
mashed potatoes.
corn(heated for 8 minutes on high with three tbl spoons of water(a whole package).
to make the potatoes.
2 cups of milk.
a medium sized pot.
2 tbl spoons of margarine.
heat on high.
when bubbles appear from heated milk and butter,add potato mix. mix well.
how to make the corn.
1 pack of corn.
open bag and put in a bowl or small container.
add 3 tbl spoons of water.
heat 8 min on high.
how to make the beef.
1 large skillet(10 inches).
1 1/2 lb beef.
heat on medium(5)
drain when burned off fat is visible and make sure it is a grayish color(the beef).
how to make the cheese.
3/4 of a block of Colby cheese.
shred the block with cheese shredder.
how to layer it.
add beef and corn together as bottom layer(add all this on a glass pan).
add mashed potatoes over it.
add shredded Colby over the potatoes.
heat it in oven for 15 min.
after that,serve and enjoy.
