"In light of the fact that free market reform has been proven to be less successful than state capitalism in terms of growth ect - I suppose your going to switch your position and claim that free market capitalism just never went far enough -Lol"
Since I don't believe that a free market has been seriously tried and I don't believe it's possible to legislate a free market into existance, this statement makes me laugh. |

I didn't know this was the official Mises Institute YouTube channel and not just some fan made one until I actually went to their website and they linked to here.

What benefits do I attribute to free market capitalism? That fact that right now I can still work for dollars and put food on the table, and accumilate enough weath to become self-sustained.. That right now is becoming harder to do because OF THE Neo Liberal Regime!!
"state capitalism". hahaha! My experience is you put the state in anything and the end outcome is always negative to my prosperity and my freedom. peace out, I'll be looking forward to the next vid :) |

So what benefits do you attribute to free market reform ? 'in reality' there has been a sharp decline in growth in the neo liberal era relative to the developmental 'state period' that preceded it, a decline of over half,a trend that 'is even more dramatic' when measured per capita, with increase in Inequality and little to no reduction in poverty.
These facts are sometimes obscured by the observation that conditions have generally improved under the Neo Liberal regime (as they almost invariably do under any economic regime) - hence your argument could be applied to the USSR or NAZI Germany for that matter - in fact- why not use rising living standards to justify slavery under the Roman Empire. |
