um... when your done making the car save it as a .tga file in the C:/papyrus/nr2003/import export folder.
Then when you go into NR2003 and go to whichever mod you made your car for.
Click opponent manager
Make a new car in whichever make your car is (Toyota is Pontiac in COT).
DO NOT GO INTO THE PAINTSHOP TO UPLOAD THE CAR there should be an import button on the bottom of the car viewer.
Press it and click on the file you saved it as and then it should be in your game.
